Works with children, families and educators together to build calm, connection and resilience.
Children flourish when they feel emotionally safe, seen, and supported — not only in school, but within the relationships that surround them.
In today’s fast‑paced world, many families and educators are doing their best while feeling stretched, overwhelmed, or unsure how to support emotional wellbeing alongside learning demands. When stress accumulates, connection can quietly erode — even in loving environments.
Our work focuses on supporting emotional regulation and relationship‑building in developmentally appropriate, child‑centred ways. Through play‑based, mindfulness‑integrated, and somatic‑based practices, we help children, parents, and educators build awareness of emotions, strengthen self‑regulation, and reconnect with one another with greater presence and ease.
All programmes are designed with a deep understanding of real school contexts — respecting time constraints, cultural diversity, and the everyday realities of family and school life.
Bond To Bloom is the philosophy that guides this work: a belief that when relationships are emotionally safe and sincere, children — and the adults who care for them — are able to grow, learn, and thrive together.

Registered Social Worker · Former Kindergarten and Primary School Social Worker · Founder and Facilitator of Bond To Bloom
Miss Vicky has extensive experience designing and facilitating programmes for kindergartens, primary schools, families and community organisations. Her work integrates social work practice, child development knowledge, therapeutic play elements, yoga, mindfulness and body-based well-being approaches.
She is passionate about creating emotionally safe spaces where children, parents and educators feel supported, connected and empowered.
My work today is shaped by many years spent walking alongside children, families, and educators within school communities.
As a school social worker in Hong Kong, I supported families across a wide range of needs — from coordinating services for children with additional learning needs, to helping parents navigate resources that supported both parenting and learning. I worked closely with educators to strengthen home–school collaboration, and supported families during periods of heightened stress and transition.
Through this work, I saw clearly how children’s emotional wellbeing, learning, and behaviour are deeply connected to the quality of their relationships — and how easily connection can be disrupted when families and schools are under pressure.
Over time, I felt increasingly drawn toward preventive and relational work: supporting emotional regulation, presence, and connection before families reach breaking points. I wanted to create spaces where children and adults could slow down, tune into their bodies and emotions, and reconnect with one another in ways that felt safe, respectful, and sustainable.
This led me to integrate my social work background with training in play‑based approaches, yoga, mindfulness and somatic‑based emotional regulation. The result is a way of working that is grounded in professional practice while remaining deeply human and accessible.
Bond To Bloom grew from this journey — a philosophy rooted in the belief that children bloom when the adults around them feel supported to connect with sincerity, attunement, and care.
Today, I work with schools, NGOs, corporates and parent communities to support emotional wellbeing, relationship‑building, and whole‑child development — always with respect for the realities of school life and family systems.

“We loved having Vicky lead the Parent-Child Yoga session at our kindergarten. The whole thing ran smoothly and created a really warm, happy atmosphere where both parents and kids could relax and enjoy their time together. Vicky was open to our ideas and the needs of our group. She provided useful suggestions and insights that made the activity feel more complete and meaningful.”
「當天同事樂在其中,謝謝。」
Our colleagues thoroughly enjoyed the day. Thank you.
We love the activities Vicky leads, especially parent-child yoga. The children loved doing yoga with their parents, and pretending to be different animals together was exciting, funny and so heartwarming. Vicky adapted the movements to the children’s needs, so every parent and child could do the poses and feel a sense of achievement.
“Her blend of singing bowls, mindfulness, and yoga created a deeply relaxing and restorative environment, allowing our teachers to truly unwind and decompress from their busy work schedules. Vicky demonstrates exceptional professional knowledge and remarkable patience, ensuring everyone felt supported throughout the practice. She comes highly recommended for any group seeking relaxation and mindfulness!”
Many teachers had little yoga experience and worried they couldn’t keep up. With the facilitator’s encouragement and guidance they followed along well. It was a rare chance to stretch, relax and build self-awareness. Afterwards the teachers were very satisfied, and surprised they could manage some of the more challenging poses.
Singing bowl yoga suits caregivers of children with SEN who need to de-stress. The facilitator guided professionally and adjusted content to each participant. Participants felt it suited them, and some were so relaxed by the singing bowls at the end that they fell asleep.
